We were served by Orapeleng, who gave us exceptional service. He gave us some recommendations on what to eat and turned out to be quite lovely. We even downloaded the loyalty app (good customer service). We will be coming back again.

I've been to quite a few bootlegger branches around SA, I love them all as they always serve good coffee and delicious food, but being back home in the Free State, I was pleased with the atmosphere of this specific branch, however it was excessively hot inside.
