Hi i am a loyal bootlegger customer, but the branch inside canal tends to always have excuses as to why the food takes forever to come to the table, the one waiter told me she can’t understand why everyone comes at the same time, mind you its around lunch time or when there is a rush hour. I asked if there why dont they get more cooks and she gave me the same irrelevant explanation. You have a restaurant that has so many tables but you cant get food out for all the customers in a short i of time. I cant count how many times i was told i wont be able to be seated because the cook wont be able to keep up. My complaint is not complain about the cook, but please hire more help to assist whoever is working in the kitchen. We were literally turned away several times i cant even count. And please tell some of your staff memebers not to go back and forth with customers about the time we want to go to a restaurant and be served in less than a hour. I was a bit annoyed with her attitude. None of the other waiters were ever like this at any bootlegger ive ever been to. Please get more help in the kitchen around breakfast and lunch times

Sesethu is usually our waitress and delivers excellent service and creates a friendly atmosphere. The food is tasty and we always look forward to coming here for a good meal.
