Great iced coffee, best in town. However, the place is crammed with people doing home office, laptops and headphones everywhere. I even had a guy doing interviews sitting next to me.

This past Saturday I took my team of 17 people for a strategic day and made use of their Napier boardroom, which was fitted with a smart TV, WiFi and a white board with markers. The service was top tier and our waitress Nafeesa was amazing. She made sure we were good with constant check ins and the manager allowed extended time as we had looooots to discuss. We had a breakfast which exceeded our expectations Thank you for making us feel welcomed and giving service that will definitely have us coming back!

Good afternoon, I’d like to leave a glowing review for Nani at the Bootlegger Cape Quarter branch. The morning shift team is our absolute favorite, and Nani is truly the heart of it all. He is dedicated, hardworking, and always goes the extra mile—you can genuinely see he’s the engine that keeps everything moving. Our mornings just aren’t the same without him (and my flat white!). What’s even more impressive is that he remembers exactly how I like my coffee, along with the orders of more than 10 of my colleagues. Nani’s customer service is simply outstanding—friendly, attentive, and consistent. He sets the tone for our day and always makes us feel welcome. He is AWESOME!
