Went to Japan recently and was looking for a good local matcha takeaway. I’m no expert but I know a bad matcha when I taste one. I’ve been on the band wagon since 2000s. The manager here made the matcha himself to ensure a good microfoam for me. The matcha itself is from the Ceremony brand which is known for importing a single estate, shade grown matcha from Kinogawa, Japan. Well done this was first class. Both the latte with oatmilk and the matcha Blanc was fantastic! Now can you please stock Hojicha?

Can get a bit busy and noisy, but always great coffee and food.

Great location and a variety of seating options. They have indoor heating during winter. The coffee is great as always and the waiters are friendly and quick with their service. Seats are comfortable and they can accommodate larger groups as well.

Waiters can stand around and be tardy to assist customers. Waiters can be friendly when assisting. Pricing of drinks is a bit on the expensive side.

The problem I do have with the current chain of stores is that each time I been to a store in Joburg your VAT number is not displayed on your invoice and this is becoming a problem for me claim with my clients . This has been reported several times to you office
