I have walk 2 a guy by name of Sphelele his service is the best a week ago he was working alone be at the till then making coffee and there was no que for some1 working alone bt manage 2 help customers not 2 wait long........ Wowww i mean ive knw some of baristas there they also helpful and friend even knw our orders as regularly customers 🙏🙏🙏

The staff at bootlegger waterfront always helpful peaceful loving staff , there isn't any other coffee placed I have visited that are so nice and caring especially to customers , doesn't matter in what state the the customers are , that is a lot coming from customer myself especially that has been going to bootlegger a lot

My experience at the Bootlegger kiosk (at the Two Oceans Aquarium) depends on who is on duty. One barista in particular, always makes my day! Prophet always has a smile, warm greeting and good service. I asked him how he manages that EVERYDAY! Sending a big thank you Prophet!
