Been coming here for the past month to work remotely, because of the service from Taemika and the rest of the ladies in general. They have been exceptional every single time. Always friendly and just great vibes. This team, especially the baristas and waitresses are the best from all the other branches in most of Cape Town. I come back just because of the friendless from the ladies.

This is my favourite spot to just take a break from the world! It has a lovely atmosphere, whether I need to do deep focus work or just take a breath from the busyness of the world. The food is delicious and well prepared. The coffee exceptional! The barristas, Phindi and Sephiso, know how to make a cup of coffee that feels like a hug! Special shout out to the wonderful servers Tamaeka, Aeden, and Jade who always make me feel so welcome. They are always friendly, prompt in their service, and it is wonderful to see how they treat their jobs as more than must serving food - it is about serving people. They make sure the shop is well taken care of and definitely a big asset to Bootleggers!

As usual Simone has impeccable leadership skills and fantastic character with exceptional service. Always a pleasure to visit this branch.

Been served once again during the past week by one of the best waitresses, Tamaeka, Herewith energy makes me feel so homely and comfortable, and she's very attentive and shows that she truly cares by checking up on me when needed, she also is very helpful and a simple conversation with her feels like a breath of fresh air, huge shout out to that princess, hope to be served by her again soon!!

Went to Bootleggers with my kids, I must say they enjoyed the play area with Peaceness. She's great!
