Good day 👍I am writing this review to compliment the barista champ (forgot her name/can't spell it correctly) This young lady has been nothing but the sunshine that starts our day. My wife and I go to this branch every morning for the coffee special and I must admit... she makes the best coffees. Her interactions with customers, her sense of humor and her saying "have a good day" everytime she gives customers their coffees makes our hearts warm😊 you never find her in a bad mood and her work ethic is immaculate We recently found out about the barista champs and i just want to say she really deserved it. 👌👌👌such a great tiny person

Bootlegger has always been my go to for any light meal, something to quench my thirst, or even just to meet up with friends but Sandown Bootlegger never fails to make a bad day a good day. The waiters and baristas are always serving with a smile and always go above and beyond to make you comfortable even if its busy and no tables are available they will make a plan for you. My husband is very particular on where we go to eat but he absolutely loves the respect the staff have for their customers. The store vibe feels very welcoming and relaxed which is all thanks to how the managers not only run the store but treat their staff and customers. Well done to the Bootlegger at Sandown for all your hard work, we can see it!

Shoutout to Alutha for excellent service. She took our order quickly, checked in on us without hovering, and kept everything running smoothly even when it got busy. Professional, warm, and genuinely made our visit better. Management should be proud to have her on the team.

The staff are friendly, welcoming, and fun to interact with, which makes the whole experience even better. The atmosphere is warm, and inviting. This is the kind of place you genuinely enjoy spending time in. You can really see the care and consistency that goes into both the coffee and service. Been coming here for the past month to work remotely, because of the service from Taemika and the rest of the ladies in general. They have been exceptional every single time. Always friendly and just great vibes. This team, especially the baristas and waitresses are the best from all the other branches in most of Cape Town. I come back just because of the friendless from the ladies.

Been served once again during the past week by one of the best waitresses, Tamaeka, Herewith energy makes me feel so homely and comfortable, and she's very attentive and shows that she truly cares by checking up on me when needed, she also is very helpful and a simple conversation with her feels like a breath of fresh air, huge shout out to that princess, hope to be served by her again soon!!

Went to Bootleggers with my kids, I must say they enjoyed the play area with Peaceness. She's great!
