I went to Bootleggers in Somerset Mall yesterday ,specifically to try their burger, and honestly, it exceeded my expectations.Let’s start with the patty. It was cooked exactly how I asked ,juicy on the inside, with a nice char on the outside. You could tell it was fresh beef, not frozen, because the flavor was rich and clean. It wasn’t drowning in grease either, which I really appreciated. The seasoning was spot on……simple salt and pepper, letting the meat actually taste like meat.The bun held up perfectly. So many places give you a bun that falls apart halfway through, but this one was toasted just right. I would love to come back again Thanks to the chefs are doing wonders there .

My sister and I had such a lovely experience and this cute cafe. The staff, were all very friendly and welcoming - Laska was especially kind and friendly and funny and even unexpectedly offered us special taste tests!! Highly recommend!
