I had to come and leave a review after my recent visit at this specific branch, I am really impressed by the level of service received by both my waitress and the manager that was on duty that day. I always find myself saying "if you want to work in customer service, you NEEEEEED good people skills" its no use having a job that needs human interaction on the daily but you lack good people skills. That said, I had the friendliest waitress, Vuyokazi. she was really attentive, friendly and warm..and even though she had things under control and we were happy with her service, the manager, Reza, went the extra mile to make sure we were good. I'm always impressed when managers take the time to actually interact and find out by the customers themselves if things are alright. Cleanliness of this place is spot on too. It was a pleasure visiting this branch! Well done 👏

I feel bad that it took me this long to rate them ,from new to old staff they always welcome me with love ,they even offer to deliver my food .Today went there not feeling well. I was offered Immuni Tea and sitting in my office realize that sometimes family it's not blood related only .Thank you Bootleggers The Point Mall ♥️♥️♥️🙌🙌service 100%,smiles 100% ,recommendations on what to eat 100%
