Bootlegger Tokai

Dear Bootlegger Person I write this 4 * review with a extremely heavy heart, My friend Mat (with one T only) by rights should have his name on your segment leader board. For 3 arduous months he has taken his precious daughter into your store (arguably his favourite coffee store) to let her gaze in awe at what he has achieved, and yet, for 3 months straight this little child under 1 years of age, has left bitterly disappointed and disillusioned by the absence of her father's name on the segment leader board. This simple failure in due duty, is leading to a breakdown in father daughter trust, in that his word now means nothing, without his name on the segment leader board as by rights of his exceptional achievements it should be. So please Bootleggers person, for the sake of a young child's love for her father, right the wrong and add Mat's name (with one T) to your segment leader board. With all due respect Your Crusader for Justice Ps I will change this to 5* if you get your act togther Edit: as Promised 5*

The primary purpose of this feedback is to compliment the staff members of your Tokai outlet for their friendly, courteous and professional service, in particular assisting me when I suffered a health incident recently. They are a credit to your company.

Perfect.
