Al round good experience and you even see the owners from time to time good people and good vibe always.

Staff at the small kiosk just outside the two oceans are always friendly and helpful. Prophet, the barista, made a fantastic cup of coffee. Had a large cappuccino, smooth texture and not too hot. Flavour of the coffee was on the milder side and not overpowering. Good way to ease into the morning.

Great people! Prophet has a lovely energy about him. He intuitively knew my order which I loved!

I've been going to Bootleggers for about three years now. I've used my loyalty app more times than I can count. I love bootleggers, but today... today I had the BEST experience I've EVER had at bootleggers. Sphelele (I hope that is spelt right) was the most helpful, kind, and amazing character I've ever encountered, and bootleggers has set a high standard in terms of service. Not only did he go above and beyond explaining the menu to me, but we also had the nicest chat ever, not to mention the PHENOMENAL hot chocolate he made for me. Employee of the month for sure. Thank you again Sphelele, hope to see you as a bootleggers franchise owner one day!

After the shock of yet another price hike in one’s life (before 8am coffee price from R29-R33. Bought a coffee from same BLTO yesterday at R29) the care and service I got from Prophet the barista softened the blow… 😀

Prophet is an excellent server. He was polite in helping us and well informed! The coffee is delicious and a must.

I just had to write something about this Restaurant,yesterday was one of the most amazing experiences i've ever encountered,after spending the day with my sister at the Aquarium,we went to the Bootlegger Restaurant for a brunch.When we arrived there was a lovely lady waiting at the waiter station by the entrance to assist us with a table.She was super friendly and very well mannered,the restaurant's atmosphere was so neat and the exotic smells of different food types.We sat at the deck which had a exquisite sight over the ocean.Our lunch order was Peruvian Chicken with a glass of Robertson white.The lunch was so nice i ordered a takeaway for dinner also.What the staff at restaurant does i cannot put in words,just simply awesome.Would definitely go there again and recommend.

Mr James jr is the best barista at the aquarium bootleggers if you are in need of a good cup of coffee or some sunshine in your cloudy day please make sure that he makes it for you. he also likes to make different shapes and really challenges himself 😁
