this morning we went for coffee as usual. got there at around 7am ish. Q was unsually long. ONE staff member assisting. she working the till, making the coffee and providing the food. SHE was an absolute STAR!!! she was handling her business with such proffesionalism. she even knew the regulars orders and her improvising was top class. Customers were coming in all the time and the Q remained long, but not one person left the Q or even complained about the wait as the wait was not an unbeairng long wait. 7:40am another staff member walked in. All this time she was handling customers with a SMILE on her face, not once showing the pressure she was under, not getting an order wrong. If we could have jumped in to assist her we would have. That lady needs a BELLS!!! we were reluctant to take pics...POPI act etc, and we never got the employees name...but she was a flipping AWSOME!!

Well-run store, clean, well-lit, and service is consistent. Tish-lee is always friendly and smiling, and the barista (can't remember his name) is always consistent with orders, and there is never a long wait. Food is always fresh and well presented.
