Absolutely amazing customer service from Nezisa who was extremely helpful with setting up the Bootlegger app ❤️ just so welcoming, professional and kind. The coffee was lovely and the exceptional customer care really stands out. The App is worth the download. As usual, I will be back ☕️

Love this coffee as my morning routine, lovely service by Selwyn and the team, Selwyn meets me with a smile and as a regular always know what my order is before I even make a request and always gets it right. Keep it up

Always a great way to start my morning with Selwyn, Luvo, Thaakirah. They are so kind, so understanding and always go out there way to serve customers and leave them with that great customer service satisfactory smile. Keep up the great work ladies and gents.

Every Thursday I get my XL cappuccino from the same store at the same time and besides the delicious coffee Selwyn the manager makes my day extra special. He hasn't been there for long but remembers my order always ask how I am and just a ray of sunshine. Even the Baristas it's like we are one big happy family as the same people come for their coffee fix at similiar time every morning. Selwyn and his team is definitely an assest to the Bootlegger Family. Most people are in a rush and just want to get their coffee and run but it's what I look forward too when I go too office to see Selwyn and Team

this morning we went for coffee as usual. got there at around 7am ish. Q was unsually long. ONE staff member assisting. she working the till, making the coffee and providing the food. SHE was an absolute STAR!!! she was handling her business with such proffesionalism. she even knew the regulars orders and her improvising was top class. Customers were coming in all the time and the Q remained long, but not one person left the Q or even complained about the wait as the wait was not an unbeairng long wait. 7:40am another staff member walked in. All this time she was handling customers with a SMILE on her face, not once showing the pressure she was under, not getting an order wrong. If we could have jumped in to assist her we would have. That lady needs a BELLS!!! we were reluctant to take pics...POPI act etc, and we never got the employees name...but she was a flipping AWSOME!!

Well-run store, clean, well-lit, and service is consistent. Tish-lee is always friendly and smiling, and the barista (can't remember his name) is always consistent with orders, and there is never a long wait. Food is always fresh and well presented.
