ATTENTION ALL AUSTRALIANS and serious coffee drinkers. If anyone is as fussy and serious about their coffee as me...than Bootlegger at Rosebank is 'the' coffee to have. Texture, temperature , coffee aroma , palate feel and the coffee beans taste ...just perfect ! Just look for Qaphelani ...best Joburg Barista hands down ! This man is serious about what he's delivering. Took me my 4th trip to finally find the perfect coffee in SA. Thank you guys

The place is reasonably priced, and the service is greatly satisfactory. The waitress who serviced my table, Nasiphi was a good host. I enjoyed working from the restaurant :)

Visited the coffee shop at 6am...had great service. The food and coffee is top tier. Made me think "you really can get Capetown coffee in joburg". I was there with a friend and she really love the atmosphere.

The coffee was rich and perfectly made, and the breakfast was fresh, and delicious. The perfect place for a catch-up or even getting some work done. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better.

Had breakfast here again and it was lovely. The food is consistently good, but the real highlight is the team — warm, attentive and genuinely accommodating. You can tell they care about their customers. I’ve visited a few times and the experience is always solid. Highly recommend.
