I've been going to this Bootlegger for over 5 years and I have to say the service is unmatched and consistent. Thompani is such a great host and delivers with so much warmth and interest! 100 percent recommend.

The staff are friendly, welcoming, and professional, making every visit enjoyable. I'm usually served by Thomphani, who is attentive, courteous, and provides outstanding customer service. I went to bootlegger this morning for a take away coffee and I was warmly welcomed by Mpumi and I ended up taking a seat grabbed breakfast which she highly recommended and ohh god i really enjoyed thank you so Mpumi definitely coming back bootlegger chartwell .

The staff here are so lovely. Food is tops, and teh coffee 5/5 always.
