⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Bootlegger is a fantastic spot for breakfast and coffee. The food (especially the Egg box and Shakshuka) was fresh, delicious and beautifully presented, while the coffee was rich, delicious and expertly made. Friendly service and a relaxed atmosphere made for a wonderful start to the day. Highly recommended!

Jeanet is such a lovely waitress. She welcomed me with the brightest and warmest smile! She kept checking on me and had such kind and genuine energy about her. I came very early in the morning and stayed for a couple of hours and she kept the same energy the entire time I was there. The food and drinks were great but I definitely wouldn’t have stayed as long as I did, if it wasn’t for Jeanet. Do yourself a favour, if you would like a space with good food, affordable prices and beautiful staff, come to this Bootlegger in Midrand. It’s not my first time here and it definitely won’t be my last. HIGHLY RECOMMEND, tell Jeanet I sent you😉

Very nice bootlegger, even added a playroom for the kids. My only recommendation is to have the staff check in on their tables more often, sometimes you can sit a while before they come ask you if you still ok and other times you have to get their attention.

Exceptional & helpful service from Khai, my first time coming here and I am blown away. The staff is super friendly and cheerful. I will definitely come back, pinky promise 💕💕💕💕
