Very nice, chilled place. It is a very clean place and has a professional setting. I come weekly with friends or family occasionally. The waiters are nice, people that complain about them just don’t understand them or neither try to. If something is wrong like for e.g. a table not clean (which is rare), just ask nicely and they’ll do it. Bootlegger is very accommodating with their food as well, but if you want to make your own unique burger that is NOT OFFERED on the menu then additional charges might be applied as it’s appropriate and a franchise that must follow guidelines. Furthermore people should understand 80% of the times that the customers are not the victim, as they abuse their privileges on platforms like these to hurt reputations and in person which I have heard them being disrespectful and unreasonable. Give it a go, this place is really worth it in my opinion.
