Always my best place for breakfast. The staff are friendly and there is always cold water 💦 after a walk or cycle. It has sufficient parking available.

Parking and entrance to the building was easy. I needed some time to chill and be by myself. Staff respected my needs, serverld what I needed quickly and efficiently. The food was great quality. The venue is clean. Toilets well maintained.

This was probably the best breakfast we’ve had in South Africa - a true hidden gem. We’ve never heard of bootleggers before but we’re surprised this was rated lower compared to other restaurants in the area. Food was amazing, fruit was fresh, baked goods were warmed up for us and baked to perfection. The customer service was top tier - owner greeted us immediately and gave us pillows for the patio chairs, the wifi password, and was so friendly and welcoming. They were accommodating to my (picky) eating/coffee preferences which was very refreshing and appreciated. This place was so delicious we came back a second time the next day, and our server remembered our exact order. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Should be 5/5 stars.

We were a group of 20 for a year end-celebration breakfast. Bootleggers Frater Square really accommodated us well. We placed our order in advance and the food came out very quickly despite the large group. Nice staff. Delicious food and drinks. Great atmosphere and service!
