This shop is advertised to be open at 6.30 I have been a few times because it is the only place open at this time. The staff are actually only ready to trade after 7. It is so loud whilst staff drag furniture around and chatting whilst getting ready for the day. I wish it was ready to trade by 6.30 or more places were open at this time.

If it's not the third it's the fourth time I have been into this establishment. The service is the best, Masande takes the cup. ♥️ She is friendly and warm. Makes it easy for everyone to understand her. Thank you 😊

I recently had the pleasure of eating at bootlegger Bluberry Square and was blown away by the exceptional service provided by one of your waitress, Melissa Hlongwane. From the moment she greeted us, it was clear that she was attentive, friendly, and passionate about her job. She took the time to explain the menu options, made thoughtful recommendations, and ensured that our drinks were always full. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive, and she was able to answer all of our questions with ease. What truly stood out, however, was her kindness and attentiveness. She checked in on us regularly, asking if everything was to our liking and if there was anything else she could get for us. Her warm smile and genuine interest in our experience made us feel welcome and valued. Overall, Melissa is an asset to your establishment and a shining example of what great customer service looks like.
