I’ve recently moved to Johannesburg, and my experience at Bootlegger has been made so much better thanks to Wesley! From the moment I interacted with him, he made me feel welcome and comfortable. He took the time to introduce me to how things work here, shared his local knowledge, and helped me get familiar with the area. He was also incredibly helpful when it came to assisting me with my orders and making sure everything went smoothly. What really stood out was his friendliness, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile. It’s not every day you meet someone who makes you feel at home in a new city, but Wesley did exactly that. His service is a true reflection of what great customer service should look like. Bootlegger is lucky to have someone like Wesley on the team! Outstanding service from Wesley and the team at Bootlegger Braam Fischer! I recently needed to purchase and distribute 17 coffee vouchers, and Wesley went above and beyond to help me figure out the most practical way to do it. He and his team took the time to understand what I needed, patiently worked through the options with me, and made the whole process effortless. What made this experience even more remarkable was that I had already visited four other coffee shops, where I received little to no interest from the employees in helping me. Walking into Bootlegger was a completely different experience. The team was welcoming, genuinely invested in finding a solution, and delivered exceptional customer service from start to finish. Wesley and his crew are a credit to the Bootlegger brand. They deserve recognition from head office for setting such a high standard of customer care.
