Outstanding service from Wesley and the team at Bootlegger Braam Fischer! I recently needed to purchase and distribute 17 coffee vouchers, and Wesley went above and beyond to help me figure out the most practical way to do it. He and his team took the time to understand what I needed, patiently worked through the options with me, and made the whole process effortless. What made this experience even more remarkable was that I had already visited four other coffee shops, where I received little to no interest from the employees in helping me. Walking into Bootlegger was a completely different experience. The team was welcoming, genuinely invested in finding a solution, and delivered exceptional customer service from start to finish. Wesley and his crew are a credit to the Bootlegger brand. They deserve recognition from head office for setting such a high standard of customer care.
