Exceptional services received from Wayne. The communication was great from the moment I entered the coffee shop. He kept on checking up on us to ensure that all is well. He asked me to download the app so that I can get a free coffee, explained thorough the loyalty points programme. Everyone was friendly, the store is clean and the music was just perfect for Friday evening. 8/10 I ordered: - DIY breakfast with scrambled eggs, sourdough toast, cooked spinach,mushrooms and avo. - Earl Grey Tea - Spanish Latte What I liked: - Comfortable seating - Access to socket - Food was made efficiently - Everything was delicious. Especially enjoyed the Spanish Latte. What would make it a 10: - I ordered spinach with my breakfast and didn’t get it. There was no communication with the kitchen and the waiter’s. - I stayed beyond my initial waiter’s shift and when I had to pay I saw that the spinach had not been removed despite informing them that I had not received it.

Thanks to Wayne we had a terrific time with excellent sevice and very good food. A must do!
