Bootlegger Chartwell Corner

I always enjoy coming to Bootlegger Chartwell. Clive and Sfiso are always so friendly, polite and welcoming, and the service is consistently great. But honestly, I mainly keep coming back for the flat white! The coffee is consistently so good, it is never burnt or overly acidic, just smooth and perfectly balanced every time. Definitely one of my favourite places to grab a coffee.

Had a lovely quick breakfast there before golf a few days back. Service was good, food was good. Would recommend it, of you are in the area.

Supurb eggs Benedict, I always eat this dish and the hollandaise sauce was the best in johannesburg; presentation was excellent. Fresh ingredients. I asked for the chef's names: Muzi and Reginald. The waiter Clive was also great and confirmed that the sauce was made from scratch.Top job!

I've been going to this Bootlegger for over 5 years and I have to say the service is unmatched and consistent. Thompani is such a great host and delivers with so much warmth and interest! 100 percent recommend.
