Just when I thought Bootlegger Grayston could not get and be better they proved me wrong :) Thank you to the amazing Cindy and the great team at Bootlegger Grayston! I needed a 'pick me up' this morning and your bacon egg box did just the trick! Delicious :)

Thank you Kensani and Sydney for saving me today ;)! I needed a good cuppa coffee this morning and not only did I get the best cuppa this side of Sandton but your welcoming smiles and great energy was the extra boost I needed to start the day on the right foot :)!! And at R33 a cuppa - that's a deal worth getting out of bed for!! Bootlegger Grayston - the best there is!!

However I had to send you this message and let you know how (yet again and unsurprisingly) exceptional the service and my customer experience at Bootlegger Grayston was yesterday. Cindy is truly outstanding and just an exceptional manager and Una, William and Sydney always make me feel welcome (as they do with all customers - no wonder the restaurant is always buzzing with happy customers). Thank you to the awesome Cindy and the truly fantastic team at Bootlegger Grayston for your superb service, for always making me smile and of course for your first class, always fresh, always delicious no bun chicken burger!!

It is very unusual for me to do 2 reviews back to back however I felt in this instance compelled to. Having had a great no bun burger and great service earlier this week I was hoping but not expecting to have the same experience a 2nd time around. From experience, many restaurants struggle to be consistent in thei service delivery and food quality. Well Bootlegger Grayston I can safely say is the exception to the rule! Arriving last night I was met with a big smile and warm welcome by William followed by Cindy immediately attending to my order in her usual efficient professional manner. A few minutes later I was out the door non bun chicken burger in hand. And may I say (!) the burger was every bit as delicious as the last time! If you are after mediocrity Bootlegger Grayston is not the place for you. But is you want consistent great service, consistent fresh great food then this is the place for you. Thank you Cindy and William for making my day!!
